No Attorney-Client Relationship
Use of this website, submission of an inquiry, communication with Never Alone Solutions, LLC, or purchase of our services does not create an attorney-client relationship. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information and documents necessary for Never Alone Solutions, LLC to perform requested services. We rely on information provided by the client and are not responsible for errors, omissions, delays, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information supplied to us.
Clients are responsible for reviewing documents and completed work for accuracy before signing, submitting, filing, mailing, or otherwise using them. Unless specifically included in a written service agreement, clients remain responsible for monitoring their own deadlines, court dates, filing requirements, response dates, payment obligations, and other time-sensitive matters.
Never Alone Solutions, LLC does not guarantee that a court, government agency, creditor, insurer, financial institution, business, or other third party will accept any document, request, application, filing, or submission.
Fees, Payments, and Expenses
Fees for services will be communicated to the client before work begins or as otherwise provided in a written service agreement, invoice, estimate, or approved project scope.
Clients are responsible for agreed service fees and any separately disclosed third-party costs associated with their requested services, which may include filing fees, court or public-record access fees, postage, copying, printing, delivery, or other authorized expenses.
Additional work outside the originally agreed scope may require additional authorization and fees. Never Alone Solutions, LLC will not knowingly incur material additional charges on a client’s behalf without authorization.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Completed Work
Because many services provided by Never Alone Solutions, LLC involve time-based administrative work, document review, organization, research, preparation, or other customized services, fees for work already performed are generally nonrefundable.
If a client cancels a project before completion, the client remains responsible for services performed and authorized expenses incurred through the date of cancellation. Any prepaid amount attributable to work that has not been performed will be handled in accordance with the applicable service agreement or payment terms.
Never Alone Solutions, LLC may decline, suspend, or discontinue services when reasonably necessary, including when requested services fall outside our permitted scope, required information is not provided, payment obligations are not met, or continued services would be inappropriate or impracticable.
No Guarantee of Results
Never Alone Solutions, LLC does not guarantee or promise any particular outcome or result from the use of our services. Results may depend on circumstances outside our control, including decisions made by courts, government agencies, financial institutions, insurance companies, creditors, businesses, or other third parties.
Our role is to provide the administrative, organizational, document, and other permitted support agreed upon with the client. The client remains responsible for decisions regarding how information or completed work is ultimately used.
No statement on this website or communication from Never Alone Solutions, LLC should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of a particular result.
Deadlines and Time-Sensitive Matters
Clients are responsible for informing Never Alone Solutions, LLC of any known deadlines, hearing dates, filing dates, response deadlines, appointments, or other time-sensitive requirements related to requested services.
Unless a written service agreement specifically states otherwise, Never Alone Solutions, LLC does not independently monitor court dockets, government records, accounts, correspondence, or deadlines on a client’s behalf.
We may decline work when the time available is insufficient to perform the requested services responsibly or when circumstances are outside the scope of services we provide.
Document Filing, Submission, and Delivery
When requested and permitted, Never Alone Solutions, LLC may assist with administrative filing, submission, mailing, uploading, or delivery of documents. Unless expressly agreed in writing, responsibility for final approval and authorization to submit or file a document remains with the client.
Never Alone Solutions, LLC cannot control the operation of court filing systems, government portals, third-party websites, mail or delivery services, or other external systems and is not responsible for delays, outages, rejections, technical failures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a filing or submission is rejected or requires correction, any additional assistance will be handled according to the agreed scope of services and applicable fees.
Confidentiality and Client Information
Never Alone Solutions, LLC recognizes that clients may provide confidential, personal, financial, business, court-related, or other sensitive information in connection with requested services. We take reasonable measures designed to protect client information and limit access to individuals or service providers who reasonably require access for authorized business purposes.
Clients are responsible for using any secure document-delivery method provided or recommended by Never Alone Solutions, LLC when transmitting sensitive information. Clients should not send highly sensitive information through ordinary website contact forms or other unsecured methods.

Intellectual Property and Website Content
